“The design and quality turned out even better than we imagined and was such an easy process. Jordan was always in communication throughout the process and kept us in the loop on the schedule, was punctual and delivered on time.”
Kyle Kinnear, 5th & Seven Client“…They built my carport better than I could have imagined.. they quoted me a more than fair price and it was well worth it! They took care of everything from getting the permit, to building it to code, and the whole while keeping the site clean. Overall, a great experience! I highly recommend 5th & Seven for anyone who’s looking to build.”

Thrilled to be featured in “Our Homes” Magazine, our project in Ramara Township is a true testament to transformation and innovation. What once stood as a modest 650 square foot bungalow blossomed into a stunning 2000 square foot two-storey modern home, across the shores of Lake Simcoe. Through meticulous planning, skilled craftsmanship, and visionary design, we’ve breathed new life into this space, redefining the concept of home.

Winter 2022
In the spotlight of “Our Homes” Magazine’s Winter 2022 edition, we explored home design trends. Unveiling the captivating allure of arches architecture and the artful juxtaposition of mixed metals, our feature illuminated the essence of modern elegance.

The Anderson Project’s two-tone color scheme is beautifully complemented by stunning stone and large black-framed windows, creating a sophisticated and cohesive exterior design.
The Wilson Point Project features James Hardie board and batten siding, grey stone and black windows to complement their red brick house.
The Highland Point Project’s impressive features extended to the exterior, where a covered back porch boasted soaring 24-foot ceilings adorned with classic post and beam construction. This architectural detail not only added visual interest but also created a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
