Perched on a challenging, tight lot at Lake Dalrymple, this 3000 square-foot four-season retreat was a delight to bring to life. Stepping in as groundwork wrapped up, we crafted a custom build featuring endless water views, soaring 22-foot cathedral tongue-and-groove ceilings, and a seamless walk-out basement. Thoughtfully designed to maximize every inch, this lakeside haven blends dramatic volume with year-round comfort.

After the groundwork was finished and the homeowners were in search of a new contractor, we stepped in to complete this build. The home now boasts a spacious eat-in kitchen, two distinct living areas, a cozy loft nook, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Its standout feature is the meticulously designed landscaping, which incorporates substantial stone retaining walls, low-maintenance artificial turf, and expansive decking.
