The Wilson Point Project
Our client, a retired mechanic, dreamed of having his own backyard workshop. The design had to balance aesthetics and functionality. The resulting building perfectly blends form and function, with a visually appealing exterior that enhances the property. The well-equipped, organized space allows the client to pursue his passion for mechanics in a dedicated, comfortable setting tailored to his unique requirements, creating a harmonious addition to the backyard environment.

The clients chose espresso James Hardie board and batten siding, grey stone, and black windows to complement their red brick house.
The garage boasts a 10-foot black door complemented by sleek exterior lighting, creating a cohesive and visually appealing design.
The garage features a sloped ceiling design from 10 to 12 feet, with Douglas fir soffit adding warmth and texture.
“We couldn’t be happier with 5th & Seven! Jordan and his crew are very professional and listened to all of our likes and dislikes in a project. They offered alternative ideas that were more cost effective and appealing than what we had in mind. Very happy with the outcome and quality of work they achieved. Would highly recommend.”
